From Inception to Completion
I work with clients who typically have little to no experience in design, and we find a way to turn ideas into a tangible reality.
Improving lives by helping make a house, a home of their dreams.
Your living space is the vital space, and it's what I focus on. I see every building as a prototype to be defined and designed by it's owner.
Its colour, the taste and the way of living is unique.
I understand the importance of those factors and, inspired by you, will create a space to harness your specific needs and routines.
My passion is to help homeowners to bring their dream home from inception to Completion. When it comes to making wishes come true, there isn't an inch to be wasted. I will work together with you to build your dream home.
Working with people is what I like most - I get close with the family and I help to choose the colours, finishes, furniture. It's such a delicate thing, when you are aware of someone's savings that you're spending - it's personal to them and it is important for me to meet the family and their needs. Every time I meet clients, it's like a job interview.
I need to know what they need straight away, sense what they like in two seconds, and satisfy them with my portfolio along with the ideas on the spot. They tell me what they envision and in a few minutes, I draw up a sketch or two. Once we come to an agreement, I can take the measurements and the process can start. I think this openness with my clients is why so many people recommend me.
"I'm always available to discuss any new ideas or problems. I want to be close to the action, involved with my clients and the work I'm doing."
"I have been working with Patrycja on numerous projects for the past 4 years. Her quality of work and drawings
are excellent, she is easy to deal with and always has great innovative ideas." - Peter Keegan, Builder
I recognize that every project is unique and no two solutions are the same.
